My name is Amy Hoyt and I'm a Bradley® natural childbirth educator, birth doula, and breastfeeding counselor in the Kitsap County, Washington area. I started writing this blog as a way for me to put down my thoughts on things relating to birth, breastfeeding, and the things that I have experienced.
I have been a mother since 2000, have been attending births as a doula since 2003, and have been teaching childbirth classes since 2004. I love the whole process of pregnancy, birth and new motherhood. I feel it is my calling to help mothers transition into motherhood, and love every minute of it.
